About The Role
- ✓Scheduling and coordinating patient interactions
- ✓Supporting patient education and therapy device training using approved materials
- ✓Conducting patient follow-up activities
- ✓Assisting with documentation and reporting of program activities
- ✓Supporting capture and escalation of adverse events (AE), product complaints (PC), or relevant patient feedback according to company procedures
Who You Are
- ✓Fresh graduate Nurse (D3/S1 Nursing or Ners)
- ✓Active STR (professional registration letter)
- ✓Good communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Comfortable providing patient education and injection/device training
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ✓Willing to travel for patient visits when required
