Job Summary: We are looking for skilled production Planner to Support the execution of weekly production plans by ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and material availability.
Key responsibilities: Support production planning activities and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Conduct capacity analysis and support scenario planning to optimize production resources. Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor and analyze key planning KPIs, including Plan Adherence, OTIF, and Capacity Utilization. Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production execution. Identify planning gaps and support corrective actions to improve production efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. 0–2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production, or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge; Oracle experience is preferred. Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and material availability. Approval from the Direct Manager is required for internal candidates.
