As a Complaint Investigator, you will play an important role in supporting product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. You will investigate returned medical devices, determine root causes of product complaints, document your findings, and collaborate closely with teams across Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development.
This position offers a unique combination of laboratory work, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, providing direct impact on product quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Performing hands-on investigations and testing of returned medical devices
- ✓Reviewing complaint information, technical documentation, and test results to determine root causes
- ✓Documenting investigation activities, findings, conclusions, supporting evidence and recommendations in detailed complaint files
- ✓Collaborating closely with Quality Control, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and other technical teams
- ✓Identifying trends, supporting root cause analysis activities, and contributing to continuous product improvements
- ✓Managing laboratory inventory, including chemicals and testing materials
What you bring
- ✓A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical discipline
- ✓At least 1 year of experience in a quality, engineering, regulatory, or similar technical role
- ✓Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- ✓The willingness to work with returned medical devices in accordance with biohazard and safety procedures
