A Day in the Life The Capital Utilization team supports the adoption and effective use of capital equipment solutions within Neurosurgery and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) care across Romania. Working closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams, the function provides product expertise, clinical support, education, and implementation guidance to help optimize therapy utilization and customer outcomes.

This role is based in Bucharest, Romania and follows an onsite work style. The position requires frequent travel throughout Romania, approximately 60-70% of the time, to support customer education, clinical activities, product implementation, and procedural support. As a Technical Consultant Capital Utilization, you will provide technical and clinical expertise to support the adoption, implementation, and utilization of capital equipment solutions focused primarily on Neurosurgery and ENT portfolios.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to deliver product education, support clinical procedures, facilitate implementation activities, and help customers integrate solutions into their workflows. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide technical and clinical expertise to customers and internal commercial teams on capital equipment products and therapies Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and educational programs to healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders Support product implementation activities, including installation coordination, onboarding, and post-installation follow-up Provide procedural support in operating room environments to assist with product utilization and therapy adoption Conduct onsite customer education and clinical training to support effective product usage and workflow integration Collaborate with sales, clinical, and technical teams to address customer needs and facilitate issue resolution Support local market development initiatives that increase product awareness, education, and therapy adoption Assist with tender-related activities, documentation requirements, and disposable product sales support. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, OR an advanced degree in a healthcare-related field with 0 years of experience Experience delivering customer-facing technical, clinical, educational, or product support activities Ability to travel extensively throughout Romania, approximately 60-70% of the time Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, customers, and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer and business priorities Ability to travel more than 60-70% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the medical device industry Educational background in medicine, bioengineering, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline Experience supporting capital equipment implementation, utilization, or clinical adoption activities Experience providing operating room or procedural support within hospital environments Experience partnering with key opinion leaders, hospital stakeholders, and healthcare organizations.
