As a Clinical Specialist – Allergan Aesthetics, you will support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of Allergan Aesthetics products through tailored, in-clinic facilitation aligned with the AMI Educational Journey.
You will identify educational needs, develop personalised learning pathways, and help HCPs build confidence and skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, anatomy, and approved injection techniques.
Key responsibilities include
Delivering in-clinic facilitation services (70%).
Supporting approximately 30 HCPs aligned with strategic priorities.
Developing tailored educational pathways and documenting activities in Veeva CRM.
Promoting AMI Digital World and digital curricula (15%).
Supporting AMI events, workshops, conferences, and mentorship programmes (15%).
Ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and compliant educational experience.
University degree in a clinically based subject, such as medicine, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy, or another relevant patient-facing clinical discipline.
Experience in a sales, clinical specialist, training, or education role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry.
Experience in facial aesthetics is highly desirable.
Experience facilitating, training, or coaching healthcare professionals.
Experience preparing and delivering workshops, events, or other training solutions.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
Strong communication, presentation, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to tailor educational support to different levels of knowledge, skill, and confidence.
Commitment to ethical, compliant, and patient-focused ways of working.
Fluency in Dutch
In addition, experience in at least two of the following areas is desirable:
Command of English.
Tracking activity and performance metrics through a CRM system.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ideally you are situated in Amsterdam. However, we are open to consider other locations in the Netherlands, with easy access to train and airport. The position requires travel: Approximately 75% locally, nationally, and potentially internationally. Overnight travel may be required and periodic weekend work may be required to support events and educational programmes.
