Over two years, you'll complete three eight-month rotations across key business functions, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and helping you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.
How you’ll make an impact: Contribute to the development and manufacture of life-changing medical technologies Support projects that improve product quality, patient safety, and operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality Apply engineering principles to solve real business and technical challenges Drive continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and global partners Gain exposure to the full product lifecycle and the processes that support it What you’ll need (Required): Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline Demonstrated engineering capability through academic projects, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What else we look for (preferred): Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques Understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety and Quality requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment
