About this role

Work Your Magic with us!

Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more? We know you’ve got big plans – so do we! Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people’s lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.

Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.

Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a global technical expert for Windows Server infrastructure, driving the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems that underpin operations worldwide. You will own the full lifecycle of Windows Server environments — from architecture and deployment through hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation — while leading automation initiatives that eliminate manual effort and elevate operational standards. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges, conducting root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurrence.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions, represent the Windows domain in global audits, and champion disaster recovery planning and execution. Your expertise will also extend to datacenter governance, hardware asset management, and the deployment of monitoring capabilities for power, cooling, and environmental controls.

Who You Are

  • 10 or more years of hands-on experience in Windows Server environments (2012 through 2025), with deep expertise in Hyper-V, VMware, storage, networking, and security hardening.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting frameworks to reduce manual effort at scale.
  • Strong background in patch and vulnerability management for Windows Server and virtualization infrastructure, with the ability to interpret and act on vulnerability data.
  • Experience in datacenter operations, including hardware lifecycle management, asset tracking, and environmental monitoring for power and cooling systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITSM/ITIL), change management processes, and audit readiness in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure concepts, including experience with platforms such as Azure Arc or equivalent cloud management tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and machine learning technologies for predictive maintenance and advanced infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to document complex processes clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced to fluent English

What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology.
