The Position As part of the Production Enablement team within Global Clinical Supply Chain Management, you will join a collaborative and global network dedicated to ensuring clinical packaging operations run seamlessly and on time. In this dynamic role as Global Clinical Artwork Manager , you will serve as the pivotal link between cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory networks to design and deliver compliant clinical labeling artwork.
Your work directly enables clinical trials worldwide, ensuring life-saving materials reach patients safely and efficiently. The Opportunity Design and manage clinical labeling artwork for a global portfolio of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) across internal manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Lead the end-to-end clinical label lifecycle from initiation through approval and delivery, including booklet, single panel, and shelf-life extension labels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Study Planning, global manufacturing teams, external suppliers, and a worldwide network of regulatory label representatives. Drive issue resolution in the label creation process, monitor labeling regulations, and maintain critical master data and documentation. Lead supplier relationship management and performance reviews with external booklet vendors to drive continuous improvement.
Support emerging packaging technologies by coordinating the development and testing of new label capabilities with external vendors. Champion label-related operations for pre-approval access and post-trial access programs to support global patient needs. Who You Are Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experienced professional with 3+ years in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or clinical supply chain environment. Knowledgeable in pharma supply chain operations, clinical packaging processes, and regulatory/cGMP standards. Excellent communicator fluent in English, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Adaptable, proactive organizer capable of managing dynamic priorities and driving continuous process improvements using Lean principles. Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP) or specialized label creation software is an asset. Ready to apply?
