Your mission, should you choose to accept it
- ✓Holistic time optimization, including agenda and travel management across multiple engagements
- ✓Vigilance in protecting the CEO’s time and focusing his attention where it matters most
- ✓Tracking internal and external demands, prioritizing in collaboration with the CEO, and communicating decisions and priorities to various stakeholders
- ✓Communication and coordination across a wide range of projects
- ✓Finding ways to make things happen. When you hit an obstacle, your instinct is to figure out what would make it possible and come with options and a recommendation
- ✓Coordinating local and international travel and logistics
- ✓Frequently traveling with the CEO when useful to provide support and assistance
- ✓Willingness to work varying time-zone hours, depending on CEO’s needs as appropriate
- ✓Ad hoc projects and tasks
