Healthcare Partner
The purpose of the position is to offer our Customers with a multifaceted partnership that leverages advanced medical expertise and evidence-based clinical insights, combined with best-in-class commercial capabilities, to deliver tailored solutions that address complex healthcare challenges and enhance patient outcomes while promoting Bayer products within approved guidelines and indications as described by product SmPC . This role focuses on cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, identifying innovative business opportunities, and optimizing the patient journey through the integration of clinical insights, data analytics, and personalized care strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Develop and implement territory and account plans to drive product adoption and improve patient access.
- ✓Manage strategic accounts and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- ✓Execute brand and market access strategies in line with business objectives and local customer needs.
- ✓Identify unmet needs, access barriers, and growth opportunities, translating insights into targeted initiatives.
- ✓Deliver scientific and clinical education through workshops and seminars for healthcare professionals.
- ✓Collaborate closely with Product, Medical, Market Access, and Customer teams to ensure aligned strategy and communication.
- ✓Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- ✓At least 3 years of experience working with therapeutic drug programs.
- ✓At least 5 years of experience working with specialist doctors, ideally as a Key Account Manager or Medical Science Liaison backed by a documented track record of success.
- ✓Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial design, methodology, and data analysis, with the ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and apply findings to business strategies, particularly within Bayer’s therapeutic areas.
- ✓Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and evaluate business opportunities to create value for customers and patients.
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to engage and educate healthcare professionals effectively.
- ✓A bachelor’s degree in natural/biological sciences, pharmacology, pharmacological chemistry, medicine, or a related field is an advantage.
- ✓Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- ✓Demonstrated capability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and independently as a self-starter.
- ✓Understanding and adherence to regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards in all interactions and activities.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 18 320 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
