In this position you will be coordinating and supervising the preparation of the production plan for all areas, according to the requirements of the different business units in order to ensure that products are delivered on time to the different distribution centers, in addition to coordinating activities with the purchasing department, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials necessary to execute the weekly production plan. For internal candidates only: M2 What will you be doing? Supervise the production plan based on MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) in order to ensure compliance with Market requirements.

Ensure that all areas involved have effective communication about production priorities in order to ensure that they are delivered on time. Lead the review of the 1-year production plan in order to validate the requirements included in the monthly SI&OP, and ensure compliance with the committed build plan. Perform an analysis on the behavior of the requirements of products in transfer in order to evaluate the impact on current production capacity.

Develop the talent of the human team to ensure business continuity and individual/team professional growth. Coordinate with the different distribution centers the order of product receipt to ensure the necessary prioritization. Prepare a management summary for products presenting backorders in order to keep the different business units (local and Corporate) informed about the inventory recovery plan.

Implement and develop production volume indicators and production program compliance indicators to provide information on plant efficiency. Prepare and distribute a critical report in order to provide information to the operations group and business units about product availability. Establish and distribute a weekly production summary highlighting the factors that caused delays in the flow of the different products for review in the Operations meeting.

Contribute to continuous process improvement through the proper use of Systems, Tools and behaviors in a culture of Operational Excellence. Coordinate with engineering and production the transfer of new products to the plant in order to meet the required Market launch dates. Coordinate with the different areas of the company the implementation, development and/or execution of tasks that support compliance with the operational plans agreed in the monthly SI&OP.

Participate during Internal (Finance and Quality) and External (ISO, FDA, etc.) audits as a Planning representative. Establish and implement preventive and corrective actions if identified during audits (internal & external). Comply with all requirements, tasks and obligations arising from our Quality Management System.

This includes the adequate management of both corrective and preventive action programs, strict adherence and compliance with all Quality standards, policies and procedures. What do you need to succeed in this position? Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

Desirable with APICS certification (CPIM and/or CSCP) Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the area. Languages: Advanced English. Knowledge: Advanced Excel, SAP knowledge.
