Position Summary

The International Product Marketing Manager partners with the North America marketing, engineering, scientific and

global sales teams to develop and implement a strategy for marketing programs including demand generation,

awareness building, print and digital marketing, social media, sales-support activities. The incumbent will work as a

liaison between the N.A. IPT marketing partners to develop and execute marketing programs with dealer partners

primarily within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) marketing channel and may include working in support of Latin America or

other international marketing channels. The role is intended to complement and support local marketing initiatives.

Duties

  • Modify and adapt N.A. IPT marketing strategies and programs for various IPT products to Asia Pacific, Latin America, or other international markets to drive effective marketing and sales results.
  • Manage and monitor execution of marketing programs, working closely with N.A. marketing, sales, scientific, and engineering teams.
  • Serve as primary marketing liaison between the N.A. IPT marketing team and local international sales team and dealers in designated region.
  • Analyze and report on marketing activities and results.
  • Collaborate on region/country marketing campaigns to work with N.A. marketing team to synthesize learnings and create future strategy.
  • Participate in trade-shows and assist with planning and execution of annual dealer meeting.
  • Responsible for content management, process creation, documenting and maintaining guidelines, sharing new information, etc.
  • Participate in territory specific projects to drive business expansion and growth.
  • Provide ongoing market analysis for region/country and make necessary recommendations to N.A. marketing team.
  • Champion region/country marketing priorities while understanding local challenges and proposing solutions if additional elements or changes are required.
  • Collaborate on global campaigns across key regions and work collaboratively with the global team to synthesize learnings/data and create future strategy.
  • Keep region/country dealers and sales management updated on marketing direction to increase distributor trust and commitment.
  • Develop, design, implement and measure demand generation programs using a mix of traditional and web-based lead generating activities.
  • Work with in-house digital marketing specialist to implement and evaluate digital and social marketing campaigns.

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business

Required Experience

  • 5 – 7 years of experience working in a market-based role of which 2 years is experience with international markets.
  • Market experience with medical capital equipment is strongly desired.
  • Must be available to travel domestically and internationally up to 20 – 25%.
  • Must have excellent project management skills and have the ability to manage multiple, complex, high priority situations at once.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Must have experience working with complex products, marketing channels, and strategies.
  • Must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to effectively interact with sales, dealers, service, and Customers in markets outside of N.A.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • MBA in Marketing is highly desirable.

Skills

Pay range for this opportunity is £57,800.00 - £74,800.00. [ACTION REQUIRED - REMOVE IF NOT APPLICABLE:] This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
