Statistics show that women and underrepresented groups tend to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Sobi encourages you to change that statistic and apply. Rarely do candidates meet 100% of the qualifications. We look forward to your application!

At Sobi, the work we do every day redefines the standards of care and transform the lives of people living with rare diseases.

As a diverse team of entrepreneurial people, we are passionate about our growth journey towards becoming a global leader, making a difference for rare disease patients, moving quickly and always challenging the status quo.

We are committed to an inclusive, sustainable and flexible workplace that fosters growth and development.

Join Sobi’s Global Digital Workplace team and help create a secure, reliable and productive technology experience for colleagues across the organisation. In this role, you will take ownership of device and application management within our Microsoft cloud environment, supporting Windows and iOS users while strengthening the services that keep our digital workplace running smoothly.

You will combine hands-on technical delivery with operational ownership. From enrolling and configuring devices in Intune to deploying applications, monitoring performance and resolving issues, you will have the opportunity to improve both the everyday user experience and the long-term resilience of our digital workplace.

You will work closely with colleagues across IT and the wider business, sharing expertise and turning evolving needs into practical, scalable solutions. You will be part of our Global Digital Workplace team, report to the Head of Digital Workplace and be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, with a hybrid working model.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of key device, application and endpoint management services within the Digital Workplace portfolio.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Windows and Apple devices, operating systems and applications using Intune, Windows Autopilot, Autopatch, RoboPack and Apple Business Manager.
  • Lead and coordinate service requests, changes, incidents and roadmap activities within your area, using ServiceNow to ensure effective follow-through.
  • Package, deploy and update applications and configurations while monitoring device health, security, compliance and performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex Windows and iOS issues and work with colleagues and partners to restore service quickly and sustainably.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for device management and applications, supporting training and knowledge sharing with the Service Desk and other teams.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements that simplify processes, strengthen resilience and enhance the employee experience.

About you

You enjoy combining technical depth with a strong service mindset. Curious and proactive, you take ownership, bring structure to operational challenges and look for practical ways to make technology work better for others. You collaborate naturally across teams, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable balancing planned improvements with hands-on troubleshooting.

Most importantly, you are a dependable team player who shares knowledge, adapts to change and follows through on what you start.

What you bring

  • Relevant education in IT or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with endpoint or device management in a Microsoft cloud environment, with strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience packaging and deploying applications and configurations, together with good troubleshooting skills across Windows, Windows applications and iOS applications.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Autopatch, plus basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience with RoboPack or a comparable application management solution.
  • An understanding of device security and compliance in a global organisation is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

At Sobi, we live by our core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
