Job Description Role Overview The Technical Project Manager will lead and support the successful delivery of small projects or sub-projects within a technical environment. This role is responsible for defining project scope, developing realistic plans, coordinating resources, managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will apply structured project management methods and tools to deliver outcomes aligned with business priorities, quality expectations, timelines, and budget commitments.

Key Responsibilities Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects, working independently or as part of a small cross-functional team. Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, quality, risk, resources, and communications. Track project activities against approved schedules and budgets, escalating or taking corrective action when tolerances are at risk.

Apply appropriate project management methods, tools, and governance practices to support consistent delivery. Identify, assess, monitor, and manage project risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions. Support the preparation of portfolio, program, and project reports using actual and forecast data.

Maintain accurate project documentation, files, status updates, and performance measures. Implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring timely information sharing and issue resolution. Collect and use customer and stakeholder feedback to improve communication, engagement, and project effectiveness.

Generate routine measurement reports, analyze data, and identify improvements to data collection and reporting methods. Required Qualifications Experience supporting or managing technical projects, sub-projects, or workstreams from initiation through delivery. Working knowledge of project management principles, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.

Ability to prepare realistic project plans and monitor activities, resources, costs, timelines, and quality against agreed expectations. Experience maintaining project documentation, status reports, risk logs, action trackers, and related project files. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, and project teams.

Ability to identify issues, support resolution planning, capture lessons learned, and communicate corrective actions clearly. Comfort working in a digital or technical environment and collaborating with technical teams. Preferred Qualifications.

Experience working with technical, IT, engineering, or digital delivery teams. Familiarity with project management tools, reporting dashboards, or portfolio/program reporting processes. Exposure to structured delivery methodologies, project governance practices, or continuous improvement approaches.

Experience supporting stakeholder engagement plans and customer feedback processes.
