We are seeking a Medical Information Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Medical Information teams and senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys working with data, reports, and business processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
No degree is required; we are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. What You'll Be Doing As a Medical Information Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Medical Information function through a variety of administrative and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to Medical Information teams and management.
Work extensively within our Salesforce database, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and well maintained. Generate, review, verify, and distribute reports from Salesforce and other systems. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently. Provide reception cover when required, welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Support office administration activities, including mail handling, filing, archiving, and stationery management.
Assist with document management and record maintenance in accordance with company procedures. Develop proficiency across multiple administrative task areas and provide support where required. Undertake other administrative duties as assigned.
Quality & Compliance Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of work. Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WIs). Handle confidential and personal data in accordance with company policies and applicable data privacy regulations.
Support compliance with company health, safety, and information security requirements. What We're Looking For Essential Skills Previous administrative, office support, data entry, reporting, or coordination experience. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills. Comfortable working with databases and managing large volumes of information. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM/database system. Experience producing, checking, and validating reports.
Experience working within a regulated, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or professional services environment. Education & Qualifications Completion of secondary education (high school diploma / completed secondary school education) or equivalent. Additional administrative, business, or office-based training would be advantageous.
