Position Summary

Serve as the site representative and SME for QC planning and scheduling operations and tools. Participate in cross functional operational planning meetings and project teams. Communicate daily adjustments to testing schedule as required.

Duties/Responsibilities

Serve as the site representative and SME for QC planning and scheduling operations and tools. Participate in cross functional operational planning meetings and project teams. Communicate daily adjustments to testing schedule as required.

Maintain / administer the QC scheduling tools.

Review scheduling performance to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve performance objectives. Develop tracking tools and metrics to monitor adherence to the established schedule and lead times.

Propose and implement improvements to scheduling process to increase efficiency and productivity.

Support QC Management in anticipating mid- to long-term capacity needs and constraints (personnel, equipment, and lab space). Support strategic proposals.

Train others on QC scheduling process and tools.

Perform other tasks as required to support the QC laboratories.

Reporting Relationship

This position will report to QC management.

Qualifications

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to identify and flag risks or priority conflicts in a timely manner to keep deliverables on track.

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in science. Associate's degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Netherlands: MLO level 4 or higher preferred, equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

4+ years of relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Demonstrated experience with operations planning and scheduling.

Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and enterprise applications such as LIMS, Smart-QC preferred.

Compensation Overview

Devens - MA - US: $87,980 - $106,605
