About this role
Your Role
You will be at the heart of shaping how talent is identified, developed, and mobilised across a global science and technology organisation. As the global solution owner for the Talent Cascade, you will design and continuously improve a clear, globally consistent, and locally deployable framework that increases talent visibility and enables fairer, more structured talent mobility across markets. The cascade follows a bottom-up flow from country to region, to business unit and sector, and ultimately to enterprise level – connecting talent identification and validation, succession planning, and ongoing development into one integrated, year-round process.
In this pivotal role, you will own the process framework, governance, digital requirements, documentation, and implementation enablement. You will collaborate closely with adjacent solution owners, Global and Regional Talent Partners, and HR stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement at scale.
Who You Are
- ✓In-depth expertise in designing and continuously improving end-to-end talent and succession processes in a global, matrixed environment; proven track record translating business needs into globally scalable, locally deployable frameworks, governance models, and workflows.
- ✓3 to 5+ years of experience in strategic talent management and/or talent management consulting, with proven experience owning global or multi- country solutions or workstreams.
- ✓Advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD) or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or a comparable discipline; an M.Sc. in Psychology is particularly welcome.
- ✓Ability to translate business and HR requirements into clear process designs, frameworks, digital requirements, and implementation approaches, including practical documentation, playbooks, templates, and enablement materials.
- ✓Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building alignment without formal authority.
- ✓Pragmatic and delivery-oriented, with the ability to simplify complexity, manage dependencies, and drive progress in a complex, international matrix environment.
- ✓Experience supporting adoption, governance, and continuous improvement at scale across global and regional teams.
