We offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow while making significant contributions to the company's success.We are seeking a Biostatistician to support clinical trial programs across Phase 1 through Phase 3 studies.This is an early-career role designed for candidates with a strong statistical foundation and initial industry experience who are looking to deepen their exposure to clinical development.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and international colleagues, to contribute to statistical analyses that inform decision-making across the clinical pipeline.This position is full-time onsite and can be located in Bothell, WA or Princeton, NJ.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport statistical activities for clinical trials across Phase 1 to Phase 3 studiesDevelop statistical analysis planContribute to study design, including sample size estimation and statistical methodologyCollaborate with clinical, data management, and programming teams to ensure data integrity and analysis accuracyWork with global teams, including close collaboration with colleagues in ChinaAssist in interpretation of statistical results and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholdersQualificationsPhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative fieldAt least 1 year of industry experience in biostatistics within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO settingsHands-on experience supporting clinical trials (any phase)Proficiency in statistical programming (R and/or SAS)Understanding of clinical trial design, endpoints, and regulatory expectationsBilingual in Mandarin and EnglishCompensation and Benefits:The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s level qualifications, experience, and skills.While most offers typically fall within thelow to mid-pointof the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.SystImmune is a leading and well-funded biotech company with a bright future.
