Requisition ID: 67783 Title: Communications Operations Specialist I Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Communications team is growing and we are actively searching for a Communications Operations Specialist I that will be responsible for executing and deploying strategic communications and digital marketing campaigns across internal and external channels, ensuring content is accurately published and/or delivered to target audiences according to established standards and timelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute on all corporate emails and newsletters, including building, testing, data management, deliverability, scheduling, QA and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams on digital design elements and templates. Build and publish social media posts across all Arthrex channels.

Deliver on various projects and tasks across the communications tech stack, including surveys, link shortening, QR codes, landing pages, forms and analytics. Support content updates and publishing requests on the global employee intranet. Perform QA technical checks and ensure accurate and effective tagging in support of reporting and analytics.

Assist with system and platform governance activities as needed or assigned. Serve cross-functional roles within the department as needed or assigned.
