Job Title Product Specialist Location(s) Taiwan Job Description This position is to provide technical product related information, training and support to internal as well as external customers for Material Characterization (MatChar) product line.
Responsibilities Provide pre-sale and post-sale support on MatChar product line Support MatChar products’ revenue in Taiwan MatChar product line sample analysis supports and method development Collect products and application information, preparing sales tools for sales team Demonstrate instruction operation and running sample per request by sales team Provide product training for both internal and external customers and prepare training materials Provide application support based on customer requests Support marketing plans that drive sales development in Taiwan Basic Qualifications Bachelor and above Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related. The preferred education is analytical chemistry background. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in relevant field and direct customer contact experience with preference for technical support area.
Experience with material characterization techniques and related analytical technologies & instrumentation are desirable. Preferred Characteristics Good communication skills with customers and presentation skills. Experience in project management, excellent planning and organizational skills with good problem-solving abilities.
