About this role

Your impact begins here This is a new role created to sharpen how APAC brand marketing builds credible awareness and turns fragmented data into one clear performance story. You will shape how our brands responsibly engage credible digital voices, and bring brand, digital, media, content and DOL/KOI activity into a single, decision-useful narrative. Your work will help leadership see what is working, why, and where to invest next.

What you’ll bring This two-pillar role needs someone who can design new capabilities and translate data into decisions. We’re looking for: • A Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Data/Commercial or a related field is strongly preferred. • 12+ years of progressive experience across marketing, digital, media, customer engagement or data and insights, including significant regional or multi-market responsibility. • Regional/APAC experience translating enterprise or global strategy into practical approaches across markets with different priorities, regulatory environments and levels of digital maturity. • Strong modern digital and social marketing expertise, including influencer/Digital Opinion Leader (DOL), Key Online Influencer (KOI), creator partnerships, social amplification and content strategy. • A track record of designing new capabilities, processes or operating models—playbooks, governance and measurement frameworks—rather than only running established programmes. • Deep experience in marketing performance, measurement and insight, integrating data across brand, media, digital, content and engagement into clear performance views and actionable recommendations. • The ability to move beyond reporting to translate data into insight and investment decisions—identifying what works, why, and where to invest. • Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks and reporting standards across markets, channels or brands, working with analytics specialists where needed. • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority, partnering with senior marketing stakeholders, Medical Affairs, Legal/Ethics & Compliance, data teams, agencies and affiliates. • Experience in a complex, matrixed multinational organisation, balancing regional consistency with local market realities. • Senior stakeholder engagement and change leadership, including challenging established approaches and driving adoption across diverse markets. Useful, but not essential: • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.

Candidates from consumer or technology sectors may also be considered where they bring highly relevant social/influencer and data-driven marketing expertise. What you’ll do You will lead two connected pillars—DOL/KOI marketing and data and insights—building new ways of working that scale across APAC. • Own the marketing strategy for how APAC brand priorities use DOL/KOI engagement to build awareness and credible reference, and design a structured process for what to activate, when and through whom—always within FMV, compliance and HCP-standard guardrails, and in partnership with Medical Affairs. • Translate brand plans into a DOL/KOI activation lens and define brand-specific KPIs such as awareness, share of voice, sentiment and reference-building among target HCP and patient audiences. • Support affiliate teams in adopting the DOL/KOI marketing playbook, and build brand-facing training and capability materials distinct from existing medical DOL Academy content. • Design and own a single, integrated measurement framework spanning brand campaigns, digital and media, DOL/KOI and content, with consistent KPI definitions, data sources and reporting cadence across APAC markets. • Translate campaign, media, digital, content and DOL/KOI data into one cohesive performance narrative for APAC marketing leadership, connecting spend and activity to brand and commercial impact. • Use data and insight to inform investment decisions, partnering with brand and regional teams during planning cycles to bring an evidence-based view to resource allocation. • Share best practice, case studies and reusable assets across APAC markets to reduce duplication of effort. Who you’ll work with You will join our newly unified Medical and Marketing department, based in Singapore, working across the APAC region.

You will be part of Consumer Engagement team and report to the Director, Consumer Engagement & e-Health. Your closest partners will be regional and affiliate brand and marketing teams across diverse APAC markets, alongside data and analytics specialists and external agencies. You will bring these perspectives together to create clarity, agree consistent ways of working and help teams move from insight to action at pace.

What you can expect here You will have the rare opportunity to build something new—designing capabilities, playbooks and measurement frameworks from first principles and seeing them adopted across a region. Your expertise will shape decisions, and you will be trusted to take ownership, challenge established approaches and make your voice heard. You will work in an international, matrixed environment that combines curiosity, collaboration and ambition, with room to broaden your commercial perspective through cross-market work.
