JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary Experienced in Audio-Visual with strong expertise in camera operations, live shoots, lighting, sound, and post‑production editing. Adept at leading end‑to‑end production workflows, managing audio visual and delivering high‑quality visual content across corporate, broadcast, and event environments. The candidate should possess proven expertise in producing high-quality video content, including leadership interviews, panel discussions, and engaging in employee stories that effectively capture and communicate key messages.
This role is designed as an individual contributor position. Core skills Single-handed working in live video production: Multi‑camera setups Single-handed Technical: Lighting, sound, AV equipment set up Camera Handling: DSLR, mirrorless, broadcast cameras Post‑Production: Editing, color correction and sound Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop. Adavtage to candidate who has added skill sets like: 2D Animation: Motion graphics, explainer videos, character animation Expertise in Blender and Cinema 4D for 3D modeling and animation Personal strengths Strong eye for detail Excellent communication and team coordination Calm under pressure during live productions Creative problem‑solver Technically sound and quick in troubleshooting Personal strengths Diploma or associate degree in: Audio‑Visual Technology Has strong technical skills Relevant experience in advertising agencies, media house and production house The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
