We are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager for Growth Hormone at Novo Nordisk.

The position In this role, you will own the local marketing strategy and commercial execution for the Growth Hormone portfolio, including existing and upcoming products. You will identify growth opportunities, translate market insights into actionable brand plans, and work closely with Sales and Medical teams to improve product adoption, patient access, and business performance.
You will also contribute to the marketing strategy for a future rare endocrinology therapy area and lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. The level of the position, Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated ability to independently drive commercial impact. This is a permanent position reporting to the Product Lead Manager, Rare Disease Marketing.
The position’s key accountabilities are: Strategic planning and execution: Own and execute the local marketing plan for the Growth Hormone portfolio, including clear business objectives, customer priorities, resource allocation, and KPIs. Drive both new product launch planning and in-market brand growth. Monitor sales, market share, new patient acquisition, key account performance, and marketing ROI.
Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable brand and field execution plans. Identify business opportunities and adjust priorities and resources based on performance. Lead sales forecasting and contribute to pricing, market access, and portfolio strategy.
Customer engagement and market intelligence: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and priority customers. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, prescribing behaviors, patient journeys, and market dynamics in Korea. Lead customer segmentation and prioritization to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Collect, interpret, and apply market intelligence to strengthen brand strategy and field execution. Identify barriers to product adoption and develop practical solutions with relevant stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration Partner with Sales and Medical teams to translate brand strategy into effective customer engagement and field execution plans.
Align stakeholders on customer priorities, core messages, activity plans, and performance KPIs. Lead cross-functional projects with a high degree of independence and influence without direct authority. Present data-based recommendations to senior stakeholders and secure alignment for execution.
Sales and marketing coordination Develop and implement sales strategies, customer engagement plans, and field tools in close partnership with Sales. Define HCP and account priorities, engagement plans, and execution KPIs. Track field execution and prescribing outcomes, identify gaps, and adjust plans accordingly.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for Medical Representatives. Create and manage scientific and promotional activities, including symposia, webinars, and other customer engagement programs. Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
Demonstrated experience in product marketing, brand ownership, or commercial strategy. Experience managing an in-market product and collaborating with Sales to drive product adoption, prescribing, revenue, or market share. Experience in new product launch, existing brand growth, or both.
Ability to translate market insights into clear customer segmentation, field execution plans, and measurable KPIs. Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-changing environment. Candidates will be considered for Product Manager or Senior Product Manager level based on the depth of experience, level of independent ownership, commercial impact, and leadership capability.
