Eurofins|Spectro specializes in Testing for Industrial Products and is based out of Okhla, New Delhi with it’s branch laboratories in Greater Noida, Mumbai & Kanpur.
- ✓Managing the recruitment & on boarding process
- ✓Responsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies.
- ✓Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business.
- ✓Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business.
- ✓Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
- ✓Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling
- ✓Preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboard
- ✓Managing the payroll inputs for respective business lines.
- ✓Responsible for driving Compliances.
