We are currently recruiting for a Test Engineer vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a hands-on level in a division that drives the business forwards through innovation.
What you will do
- ✓Preparation set up of machines upon receipt from assembly lines for test
- ✓Perform all test checks and run machine cycles in accordance with test software procedures
- ✓Monitoring performance and diagnostics to ensure high quality standards of products
- ✓Ensuring methodical test processes are followed to allow successful pass and despatch
- ✓Manage DPU and FPY data, NCR processes and input into any design improvements
- ✓Test/Validate software before release into production where required
- ✓Provide training where necessary
- ✓Ensure machines are identified with route cards at all times
- ✓Ensure all test equipment used is undamaged and within calibration date
- ✓Ensure that all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.
Required Experience
- ✓Experience working in the same or relevant field of work.
- ✓Able to work within a process driven environment and explain/relay process information to others.
- ✓Experience in Electronics / Electrical systems, circuit diagrams and wiring schematics
- ✓Experience working with Electro Mechanically operated units, and a knowledge of wet and dry systems
- ✓Fault Finding
- ✓Working within manufacturing.
