Are you an experienced leader within Quality Control looking to make a significant impact in a global pharmaceutical environment? Galderma is seeking a Group Manager, Quality Control Chemistry Finished Products to lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely release of finished products. In this role, you will lead the QC Chemistry Finished Products organization, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with GMP and EHS requirements while driving operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will be accountable for laboratory performance, people development, quality compliance, and long-term capability planning across staff, equipment, facilities, and systems. This is an on-site position on our Uppsala site. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing QC Chemistry Finished Products team.

Ensure Quality Control activities are executed in compliance with GMP, EHS, and internal quality standards. Secure timely delivery of testing and quality control activities according to agreed lead times. Oversee laboratory operations, analytical methods, equipment, documentation, and data integrity.

Ensure effective handling of deviations, investigations, and non-conforming analytical results. Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations.

Implement quality strategies and ensure the organization is prepared to meet current and future business needs. What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline. 8-10 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality, laboratory operations, or a related GMP-regulated environment.

Proven experience leading and developing teams. Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience managing quality events, investigations, and compliance-related activities.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Excellent Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
