Job Title: ESO Logistics Coordinator Location: Barcelona, Spain (4-days on site) Join us and keep global supply chains moving We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating international freight operations, ensuring products move efficiently from origin to destination while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As part of our global Control Tower operations, you'll collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and international stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to delivery. Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams. Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and manage exceptions.

Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met. Support customers by providing timely updates and solutions. Contribute to process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.

What we're looking for Essential Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience working within logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations. Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.

Strong customer-service mindset and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries. Understanding of freight forwarding operations. Knowledge of GxP requirements and international trade compliance.
