Job Description OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE The Community Activator is responsible for planning and coordinating disease awareness campaign (on field) and post campagin activities (if any), in partnership with authorized external stakeholders at assigned markets.

This role closely works with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation across both private and public healthcare channels, with the aim of fostering community engagement, R-S-U understanding and informed consideration of Dengue vaccination among target audiences. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Campaign planning and Coordination: - Identify local opportunities and coordinate on-the-ground activation activities that support informed consideration of and confidence in Dengue vaccination. - Support the planning of educational and disease-awareness programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Enable initiatives to increase public awareness of dengue prevention and vaccination across priority ecosystems, including schools, workplaces, communities, healthcare institutions, and local organizations through authorized partners. - Enable post campagin activities including consultation follow up and mobile vaccinations (if any) together with authorized vaccination service providers. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, local healthcare organizations, to support campaign implementation.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with private healthcare partners (e.g., VNVC, Long Chau, private pharmacy chains) and public institutions (e.g., CDCs, local Medical Associations) as the primary channels to deploy disease awareness initiatives to the public. 3.

Material Deployment: Ensure timely distribution and visibility of approved disease awareness materials (digital and printed) across all touchpoints. 4. Monitoring & Feedback: - Track campaign performance, gather field insights, and recommend improvements to enhance impact and reach. - Set performance targets and review effectiveness of initiatives and tactics within assigned markets. - Optimize resource allocation accordingly to achieve business goals. - Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to evaluate consumer engagement and awareness outcomes.

5. Compliance & Alignment: - Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and local regulations and align with medical and regulatory guidance. - The role involves no direct interaction with, or individual medical advice to, patients or the public — all public-facing delivery is through authorized partners. EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relation, Science, Medical or any other related background. - Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-functional and external stakeholder environments. - Experience working with healthcare providers or public health institutions is a plus. - Passionate for public health and disease prevention.
