Job Description Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, Central Pharmacy Service Center (CPSC) Solutions is responsible for developing and leading BD's commercial strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for Central Pharmacy Service Center solutions. This highly visible role will serve as the marketing leader and subject matter expert for CPSC, creating a compelling vision for how multiple BD solutions work together to help health systems improve medication preparation, inventory management, workflow efficiency, compliance, and pharmacy operations. The successful candidate will establish and communicate BD's differentiated CPSC value proposition, drive customer adoption through integrated marketing programs, identify market opportunities and offering gaps, and influence future portfolio investments.

This individual will work cross-functionally with Platform Leadership, Sales, Clinical, and Executive Leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen BD's leadership position in centralized pharmacy operations. This role requires a self-directed strategic marketer who can independently identify opportunities, engage customers and industry leaders, influence stakeholders, and transform complex solution portfolios into compelling customer-centric value propositions. Key Responsibilities CPSC Market Strategy & Business Leadership Serve as the marketing leader and internal subject matter expert for Central Pharmacy Service Center (CPSC) solutions.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate adoption of BD's CPSC offering. Analyze healthcare, pharmacy operations, and medication management trends to identify market opportunities and threats. Partner with senior leadership to define priorities and growth initiatives that expand BD's position in centralized pharmacy operations.

Solution Positioning & Messaging Develop a compelling, differentiated CPSC value proposition that demonstrates how BD solutions work together to improve pharmacy operations. Create integrated messaging frameworks that unify products across the BD portfolio into a cohesive customer story. Simplify complex operational and technical concepts into clear customer-focused business outcomes.

Develop customer-facing content, presentations, sales tools, competitive positioning, and thought leadership materials. Serve as the primary marketing resource for CPSC messaging, positioning, and market education. Customer Engagement & Voice of Customer Engage directly with health system executives, pharmacy leaders, and operational stakeholders to understand customer needs and priorities.

Conduct voice-of-customer activities to validate messaging, identify unmet needs, and uncover market opportunities. Develop customer advocacy programs including reference sites, testimonials, peer-to-peer engagement opportunities, and advisory councils. Commercial Enablement & Sales Support Partner closely with field sales teams to drive customer engagement and solution adoption.

Develop sales enablement programs designed to improve commercial effectiveness and increase solution-selling capabilities. Train and educate sales teams on CPSC workflows, customer challenges, competitive positioning, and BD's unique value proposition. Support strategic customer opportunities through presentations, business cases, executive discussions, and customer workshops.

Help commercial teams position multiple BD solutions as an integrated operational transformation strategy. Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio Guidance Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and evolving customer requirements. Identify gaps in BD's CPSC capabilities, solution offerings, messaging, and market strategy.

Provide recommendations to Platform Management and Executive Leadership regarding future enhancements, investments, and strategic priorities. Demand Generation & Thought Leadership Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to drive awareness and market education. Support integrated campaigns that position BD as the leader in centralized pharmacy operations.

Lead development of customer success stories, white papers, webinars, conference presentations, and executive content. Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who can support market development initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of healthcare marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership experience. Demonstrated experience working with acute care hospitals or health systems. Proven ability to develop strategic messaging and value propositions for complex healthcare solutions.

Experience engaging directly with healthcare executives, pharmacy leaders, and clinical stakeholders. Strong executive communication, presentation, and influence skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business planning capabilities. Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmacy operations, medication management, healthcare technology, automation, or medical device markets.

Experience supporting centralized pharmacy operations, pharmacy automation, inventory management, or workflow optimization solutions. MBA, MHA, PharmD, or other advanced healthcare or business degree. Prior experience in healthcare consultative selling environments.

Experience leading portfolio-level marketing strategies involving multiple products or solutions. Experience developing thought leadership programs and customer advocacy initiatives.
