Your Role

Driving the successful delivery of complex, international ERP initiatives, this role sits at the heart of our global Project Management Office — where technology strategy meets real business impact. As Global ERP Project Manager, you will take end to end accountability for ERP projects spanning preparation and initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring every deliverable is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead diverse, cross functional project teams made up of internal colleagues, external partners, and specialist consultants, coordinating their contributions across all project phases with clarity and purpose.

Beyond managing execution, you will guide business stakeholders through the Change Management process, acting as the primary point of contact for all project partners and governance bodies. Working closely with an international team of project managers, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO practices, including Demand Management and Capacity Management, helping to shape how ERP projects are delivered across the organization.

Who You Are

  • ✓You bring substantial experience (7+ years) in project or program management within an international organization or comparable consulting environment, with a strong track record of delivering complex ERP projects end to end.
  • ✓You have solid hands on experience working with SAP and within SAP ERP environments, combined with expert knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its governance requirements.
  • ✓You are skilled in project financial management, including budget monitoring, rolling forecasts, accrual collection, and the preparation of detailed financial overviews for governance bodies and senior stakeholders.
  • ✓You have a sound understanding of Change Management principles and the ability to guide business stakeholders through transformation, supporting adoption of new solutions and ways of working.
  • ✓You bring strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to coordinate diverse internal and external contributors across cultures, functions, and geographic locations.
  • ✓You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Business Management, Science, or a comparable discipline, or bring equivalent professional experience.
  • ✓You communicate fluently in English, written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
