Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Product Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan Job Description: [Innovative Medicine] Manager, Immunodermatology Marketing, IPN Business Unit Role Description Lead development and implementation of the Immunodermatology Marketing strategy leveraging deep market and customer insights to deliver on target business results Develop and lead the brand execution strategy to drive competitiveness and maximize portfolio performance Work and partner with a dynamic team of marketing professionals to help shape and drive marketing competencies throughout the team Drive engagement and development of Key Opinion Leaders through relevant engagement activities and events Support the development of annual financial forecasts and maintain budgets to deliver on financial objectives Monitor and analyze market dynamics, performance indicators and financial reports to track and assess project performance and identify opportunities to maximize brand and portfolio performance Lead regular communications with internal and external stakeholders e.g. cross functional team partners, agencies and vendors to drive strong partnerships and successful execution of key projects Required experience and qualifications 6-8 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry covering both marketing strategy development and execution; prior Sales experience is highly preferred Business level Japanese and English communication and presentation skills Minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a preference for science or business/marketing background Reporting line To the Marketing Director, Immunodermatology Division, IPN Business Unit, Innovative Medicine Japan <For Internal Applicants> Based on your experience and interview evaluation, the position title and level may vary.
