JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for failure analysis and technical investigation of customer-reported and manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and driving effective corrective actions.
YOUR ROLE
- ✓Lead failure analysis for customer complaints, returned materials/containers, and manufacturing abnormalities.
- ✓Develop investigation plans and identify failure mechanisms through data analysis, testing, and technical evaluation.
- ✓Perform root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions.
- ✓Work with Production, QA, Application, R&D, and global technical teams to resolve technical issues.
- ✓Monitor recurring failure trends and drive systematic improvements to prevent recurrence.
- ✓Document and communicate investigation findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
WHO YOU ARE
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
- ✓Experience in semiconductor materials, chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or failure analysis is preferred.
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- ✓Good English communication skills.
