A Day in the Life 職務内容 ＜ポジション名＞ Sr. Specialist, Training/Education（MIC EDGEチーム） ＜勤務地＞ MIC（川崎市） ＜部門について＞ MICのEDGEチームは、MICの臨床教育環境とデジタル技術を組み合わせ、新たな学習・顧客体験を創出するとともに、そこで生まれた成功モデルをメドトロニック全体へ展開をめざす新設チームです。最初の重点テーマとして「デジタル技術を活用した次世代シミュレーショントレーニング」への進化に取り組みます。 ＜業務内容＞ 顧客・学習者の視点から課題を捉え、自ら仮説を立て、関係者と協働しながら、新しい学習・顧客体験の構想からPoC（概念実証）、実装までを一貫して推進していただきます。 主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。 学習体験（Experience）： ラボ、XR、MTLなどを活用し、医療従事者にとって価値の高い次世代シミュレーショントレーニングを設計・実現する。また、C-ArmなどのX線装置を使用するプログラムの運営を支援する。 デジタル（Digital）： XR、AI、CT/MRI、術中画像などの医用画像技術やデジタルソリューションを活用し、新しい学習・顧客体験を企画・実装する。 事業成長（Growth）： NPI支援、VIP見学、MTLの新たな活用などを通じて、MICが事業に貢献できる領域を広げる。 共感創出（Engagement）： MICの社内活用をさらに推進し、MissionやInnovationへの共感を生む新しい体験を創出する。 成功事例の展開： 生み出した成功事例をMICのさまざまなプログラムやオペレーションに展開し、さらなる価値創出につなげる。 事業部やGlobal Teamとの連携： ベストプラクティスを共有し、国内外の成功事例を導入・展開する。 新しいトレーニングコンテンツの開発支援： 新たな学習ニーズや顧客課題に応じたトレーニングコンテンツの企画・開発を支援する。 MIC主催プログラムの企画・実施： 医療セミナーなど、MICが主体となるプログラムを企画・運営する。 来客・施設見学対応： 来客の受け入れや施設見学に対応する。 ＜Must Haves＞ Job Experience トレーニング・教育、営業、マーケティングなどの実務経験 医療現場や顧客課題への理解 プロジェクトや新しい取り組みを、関係者と協働して企画・実行した経験 Skill / Knowledge 教育理論への関心または経験 Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint、Word、SharePointを効率よく活用できるスキル Competency 自ら課題やゴールを設定し、その達成に向けて積極的に行動できる問題解決能力 社内外のさまざまな関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、調整しながらプロジェクトを推進できる力 Education 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない） ＜Nice to Haves＞ Job Experience シミュレーション教育または医療従事者向けトレーニングの経験 同時に複数の業務を進め、工夫しながら遂行した経験 Skill / Knowledge 一般英会話力（目安：TOEIC 700点以上） XR、AI、CT/MRI、術中画像などのデジタル技術・医用画像技術に関する知識、または生成AIやデジタルツールを活用して、業務改善や新しい学習・顧客体験の設計・実装につなげた経験 C-ArmなどのX線装置に関する知識または操作経験 Competency 多くの情報や人とのコミュニケーションから必要な情報を取捨選択し、物事の本質を捉える概念化能力 顧客・学習者の視点で課題を捉え、仮説を立てる力 新しい技術やアイデアを学び、試行錯誤しながら具体的な形にする実行力 部門を越えて関係者を巻き込み、協働してプロジェクトを前に進める力 ＜Working Style＞ 水曜日～日曜日・祝日を含むシフト勤務（月5～8日程度の土日祝日勤務、基本週休2日） プログラムの状況に応じてリモートワーク可 ベネフィット メドトロニックでは、会社の成功と社員の成長はともにあるべきだと考えています。社員一人ひとりの経済的・身体的・精神的なウェルビーイングを支えるため、充実した福利厚生と報酬プログラムを用意しています。 年間最大36万円の育児費用補助 家族に介護が必要になった場合や養子縁組の際などに6週間取得できる休暇制度 ベビーシッターや保育園のマッチングサービス メンタープログラムやe-learningなどを含むキャリア開発支援 女性の活躍を支援する社内キャリアネットワーク 自社株購入制度など その他 ＜諸手当＞ 通勤手当、勤務時間外手当、休日勤務手当など ＜休日＞ 基本週休2日（シフトによる） ＜休暇＞ 年次有給休暇、公傷病休暇、生理休暇、産前産後休暇など ＜勤務時間＞ 9:00～17:30（昼休憩1時間） Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
