We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs to join our team - a dynamic role that puts you at the intersection of manufacturing excellence and global enterprise communications. You will be supporting our Manufacturing site in Limerick in an onsite position.

In this role, you will help develop and drive compelling communications and engagement programming, working in partnership with business group leaders, while also advancing enterprise programs targeting our global employee base, with a focus on our international markets outside the U.S. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and high-performing global Corporate Affairs team that drives strategic programs aligned with Regeneron’s mission to turn science into medicine to bring important new medicines to patients in need.

When & where: Location: Limerick Work model/flexibility: Onsite Discover your role: Partner and support the global manufacturing strategy for the Raheen site to strengthen alignment, reinforce a “One IOPS” culture and bring the IOPS story to life Serve as the international communications lead for all-company events, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience across sites Serve as international content lead and liaison, building and managing processes to source updates and stories, working in partnership with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and key contacts across our international sites (EU, UK, Japan, India, and Canada) Support site director meetings by helping leadership shape agenda and develop content aligned with IOPS business messaging Manage execution of our global social impact strategy, including Day for Doing Good, our annual days of service, and local STEM-related activities throughout the year Manage local vendor partners that support key communications and engagement initiatives Extend enterprise communications strategy and messaging into local international channels, tailoring as needed Develop, socialize, and maintain the International Communications Best Practices Playbook(s) This role requires: 7+ years of communications experience, including experience in employee communications BS/BA in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field Demonstrated experience in communications planning, project management, and event coordination Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to prioritize workload for multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity Cultural fluency; a collaborative, inclusive mindset Experience with digital media platforms Does this sound like you?
