Job Description Job Posting Description ①充填器具などの洗浄、滅菌、乾燥、材料の秤量滅菌など ②薬剤の調製、充填、シリンジの洗浄滅菌など ③製剤充填（シリンジ、バイアル）および製品の組立品確認 ④環境調査、工程管理業務 など、５つのファンクションユニットで業務をおこなっており、このいづれかのファンクションにて勤務頂く。全てにおいて無菌室（グレードA/B/C）での作業を伴う。 生産サイクル・勤務体系（変形労働時間制） 現在、年2回（各回約1ヵ月半）のシャットダウン期間（設備メンテナンス等）を除き、週7日サイクルで生産を行っており、土日祝日を含む変形労働時間制による勤務となります。夜勤や遅出のシフトはありませんが、生産計画によっては22時を超える深夜残業が発生する場合があります。土日祝日に相当する休日分は１ヵ月の中で取得できるよう勤務計画が組まれます。なお、本勤務体系は現時点での運用内容であり、将来的な生産体制や設備状況の変化に応じて、見直される可能性があります。 望ましい実務経験・スキル 無菌室作業経験 GMP業務経験 Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary: Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45 Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year) Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
