Accountabilities
- ✓Market Intelligence
- ✓Actively monitor Chinese pharma industry development trend, from regulations with impact, to sub-segment dynamics
- ✓Consolidate and validate quantitative insights by digesting available internal & external data sources
- ✓Regularly update molecule & account-level database, conduct business-oriented analysis to generate valuable commercial insights
- ✓Business Intelligence
- ✓Bridging market data and internal dataset logically, perform structured multi-dimension analysis to transform data into decision-making insights for commercial team
- ✓Create insightful business intelligence dashboards using the latest tools and technologies
- ✓Provide support on commercial forecasting cycle from business intelligence perspective
- ✓Business Development
- ✓Work on PS China commercial strategy development, support business case development for strategic initiatives
- ✓Support related ad-hoc projects as requested
Education
Master’s degree or above in Science or Business, preferred with background in life science related major, MBA is a preferred
Work Experience
- ✓At least 3 years work experience in market intelligence/research
- ✓Preferably with knowledge and project experience in Biopharma/Biotech
Qualifications
- ✓A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposal based on facts and advanced data analysis
- ✓Good logical thinking and analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner
- ✓Capable at business report writing with very strong competency in MS office operations, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- ✓Excellent work ethic and good team player
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Proficient in oral & written English and good presentation skills
