Senior Director, Strategy and Market Intelligence Req. # 28230 Job Family MK - Marketing Location US Pay Range Minimum USD $195,000.00 Pay Range Maximum USD $325,000.00 Overview Waters Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Market Intelligence and Strategy for our Advanced Diagnostics Division (~$2B revenue). Responsibilities 1. Build robust market models to gain in-depth understanding of TAM/SAM, market size and share, Mekko, to provide insights to Segments 2.
Drive competitive intelligence, primary & secondary market research, draw insights for Segments and Regions 3. Lead ADx Strategic planning, articulate ADx strategy 4. Lead select strategic initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field; MBA preferred. • IVD Diagnostics industry experience strongly preferred. • 3-4 years at top tier strategy consulting firm experience strongly preferred. • Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and influencing skills. • Strong analytical skills, written communication skills. • Strategic mindset with a bias for action, innovation, and measurable commercial impact.
