The Client and Lab Support Specialist ensures efficient and accurate running of a fast-paced laboratory tasks, including sample receipt/processing, bottle kit orders completion, interaction with clients, and the review and submittal of reporting. This position will require a high level of focus, detail-oriented accuracy and the ability to multitask.
Greet/Welcome Walk-In Customers
Monitor and Respond to Customer Requests
Answer Phones and Screen Incoming calls for management
Direct Lab Inquires to Lab
Administrative Support to Managers/Supervisors/Sales
Assist in Planning Staff Meetings/Birthday Celebrations
Monitor office and kitchen supply inventory
Perform Work Functions and Keep Records as per Approved SOP’s and/or Laboratory Policies
Receive/Login Samples
Manually creates bottle order kit request from Sales or Client Relationship Executives
Generate Sample Reports/Invoices
Manage Open Orders/Workflow
Identify and Record Nonconformities on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and on Preventive Action Requests (PAR).
Correct Nonconformities and Potential Nonconformities
Act as Liaison between Customers & Lab to Facilitate Completion of Work
Administrative Operations
Ships out all Fedex Orders
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience (data entry)
Previous customer service experience (1-2 years of experience preferred)
Proven office organizational, administrative skills
No college degree required
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
Authorization to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
