Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in our industry
Gather insights from KOLs about market and product to inform marketing strategy and tactics
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners on KOL approach and engagement
Support identification of and serve as the liaison with KOLs for approved commercial efforts (Ad boards, Speakers Bureau, Ad Hoc consulting, etc.)
Participate (and set up executive encounters as required) in US and Global Congress activities
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience, with field marketing/ Thought Leader Liaison experience preferred
Rare Disease experience required. Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
Documented track record of delivering consistent, exceptional levels of performance and leadership
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter, with experience effectively partnering with HCPs
Demonstrated ability to manage a large geography
Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide range of people and functions
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish a rapport quickly with others
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hematology experience strongly preferred, including history of building relationships with physicians referring, diagnosing and/or treating in this therapeutic area

Competitive and equitable performance-based compensation. This includes base salary and both short- and long-term incentives that are connected to our business strategy and vary based on individual and company performance.
The current base salary range for this position is expected to be between $153,541 and $230,312 annualized; final salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, job knowledge, skills and proficiency, degree/education, and internal comparators.
