Krystal continues to leverage our proprietary platform to rapidly advance a robust pipeline of investigational genetic medicines in respiratory, oncology, dermatology, and ophthalmology.Job Overview:Krystal Biotech Japan is currently seeking a Gene Therapy Consultant (GTC) to join our newly established sales organization.
We are looking for creative sales professionals who can work independently while contributing to the team and sharing ideas for success. Krystal employees are expected to embrace diversity and collaborate effectively with partners internally and externally from various backgrounds and experiences.Primary Responsibilities:Gain a deep understanding of marketing strategies and develop territory/account plans that exceed sales goals, while continuously building opportunities for increasing brand awareness and success in the market.Educate healthcare professionals on product efficacy and safety, while providing, collecting, and communicating information; maintain expert knowledge of diseases and products, with a focus continued learning and self improvement.Open accounts at facilities and building strong relationships with KOLs and customers.Ensure compliant customer communications.Intelligently utilize and organize data, prioritizing opportunities and responsibly managing corporate resources such as internal, marketing, and patient materials.Promote proactive and open internal communication and collaborating with peers in promotional activities.Uphold corporate values and demonstrate the company's mission and vision.Maintain administrative organization and detail regarding territory requirements, including business plans, CRM system activity records, expense reports, and performance reviews.Required Experience and Skills:Patient-centric mindset.University / Bachelor’s Degree or higher.7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required (dermatology experience desired).3+ years of sales experience in the rare disease field.Proven success in securing new drug adoption at university and key hospitals.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities (both written and verbal).Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks with institutions, academic medical centers, and key opinion leaders.Certified Medical Representative (MR) qualification.Valid driver’s license.Krystal Biotech, Inc.is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
