Process Engineer

<p><strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">YOUR ROLE </span></strong></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Design and develop new chemical production processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure production processes comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, quality, supply chain to implement process improvements and provide technical support.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Select and validate production equipment to ensure proper operation.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Participate in new production line development and production launch processes.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">• Identify and leverage new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><br>• A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.<br>• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in chemical production process design and optimization.

Preferred backgrounds for this role is Chemical Engineering<br>• Expertise in chemical reaction engineering, mass transfer, and heat transfer.<br>• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and improvement opportunities from data.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.<br>• Cybersecurity and OT related knowledge (PLCs, SCADAs, Industrial Safety system) will be a plus.<br>• Knowledge or experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) will be a plus.<br>• Must be native Mandarin speaker with excellent English orally and written. <br>• Capability to write technical documentation and reports.<br>• With a proactive attitude, a curious, innovative mindset, and the ability to perceive challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.</span></p>
