Position Description We are recruiting for an Account Manager, Central Ontario This is a tremendous opportunity for individuals who appreciate working on a highly interactive, engaged and supportive surgical sales team. As an Account Manager covering Southwest Ontario , you are an energetic and motivated self-starter.

You enjoy establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients and following up on leads. As a product expert, you understand what surgeons and their teams need and connect with them on a personal level. You will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities: <ul><li style="color: black;">Exceed quota expectations as established by management</li><li style="color: black;">Manage the full breadth of products in your territory</li><li style="color: black;">Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Provide the highest levels of support and service to your accounts</li></ul> Position Requirements This position requires demonstrable experience with the following skills and attributes: <ul><li style="color: black;">2 + years of medical/surgical device sales experience, including operating room experience.</li><li>Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administrators.</li><li>You have demonstrated the ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers in operating theatres and procurement departments</li><li>You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>You are a driven and enthusiastic self-starter with a passion to win</li><li style="color: black;">Professional sales experience with formal sales training</li><li style="color: black;">Proven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive</li><li style="color: black;">Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills</li><li style="color: black;">Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success</li><li style="color: black;">Strong relationships and understanding of the Canadian healthcare and medical device markets</li><li style="color: black;">Must live in or near the GTA area or be willing to relocate</li><li style="color: black;">4 year Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in business, science or nursing.</li><li>To ensure the safety of our team members and patients, we require Field team members to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, subject to state and local law</li></ul>Interested?Would you like to be part of our expanding team?
