
Office Manager Job Locations US-CA-Santa Rosa ID 2026-19697 Overview Element Santa Rosa has an opportunity for an Office Manager to efficiently carry out the administration activities in a busy pharmaceutical testing and chemistry services laboratory while coordinating with corporate offices and ensuring adherence to company administration policies. In this role, you will support a site that provides integrated synthetic chemistry, analytical services, drug discovery and development support, and cGMP manufacturing services for pharmaceutical clients.
In this role you will carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Your departmental responsibilities will include being the main receptionist for the laboratory, receiving incoming phone calls and email transactions while serving as a key administrative resource for employees, clients, visitors, and business partners.
Pay Range: $32-$38hr DOE Responsibilities Handle all purchasing for the locatio Manage inventory of administrative supplie Answer incoming phone calls and emails Register visitors and support a professional client experience for pharmaceutical and life sciences partners visiting the Santa Rosa laborator Support the regional finance team with inquiries for receivables and payables. This will require direct customer interfacing, as well as working internally to gather information Assist with special event planning and recognition awards/cards Invoice orders Manage customer data maintenance Provide administrative support to a laboratory environment supporting drug discovery, analytical services, chemical synthesis, and cGMP manufacturing programs Other administrative support Coordination of inter laboratory transactions across Element’s network of laboratories and scientific service locations Skills / Qualifications 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant role Good command of English Language Experience with reporting Prior track record conducting training HS Diploma or equivalent Experience supporting a professional services, laboratory, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or scientific environment preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced client-focused setting #LI-TK1 Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
