This is a hands-on entry point into formulation science on a platform that doesn't exist anywhere else. You'll be running
real experiments on real product — not shadowing them — while working alongside a senior formulation team that's
invested in developing junior engineers. It's a role built for someone who wants to learn formulation and process
● Support formulation development and optimization studies for microarray patch formulations
● Execute experiments per established protocols, including preparing formulations and running characterization assays
● Perform in-process and analytical testing to support process development and manufacturing
● Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of experiments and results, following Good Documentation Practices
● Assist in authoring and reviewing protocols, reports, and SOPs under guidance from senior team members
● Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for formulation or process issues
● Exposure to formulation science, drug delivery, or polymer science is a plus
● Strong laboratory fundamentals and attention to detail
● Clear written and verbal communication skills
