The Position The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.
As a Junior Learning Content Creator in the GLS ASPIRE team, you will play an active, hands-on role in driving the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA and myBuy (GEP) implementations. Managing dedicated, targeted portfolio scopes, you will own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and quality assurance of high-quality process training materials for Roche colleagues worldwide.
You will partner directly with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Program Teams, and Training Managers, while providing operational support and maintaining core learning systems (Assima and Cornerstone). The Opportunity Content Creation & Ownership: Independently develop and own process training materials for assigned portfolios using the Assima authoring tool, collaborating directly with Business Process Owners (BPOs).
Maintenance & Continuous Updates: Update and refine existing training assets across Product Increment (PI) cycles, keeping content tightly aligned with system releases and business workflows. Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure all training assets strictly meet ASPIRE quality, format, and governance standards.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training assets, from initial learning object setup in CLM to final publishing and verification in Cornerstone (LMS) . Stakeholder Communications: Draft and distribute targeted updates regarding PI releases to impacted user communities.
Project Tracking & System Support: Maintain task tracking in Jira (scope, deadlines, dependencies, KPIs). Handle Assima administrative tasks and triage/resolve ServiceNow support tickets related to content and system access.

Qualifications & Experience: System Experience: Practical experience and operational fluency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or myBuy (GEP) implementations. eLearning & LMS Tools: Hands-on experience with simulation/authoring tools (Assima), learning content management systems (CLM), and LMS platforms ( Cornerstone ). IT Ecosystems: Familiarity with Jira for task management and ServiceNow for ticket resolution.
Work Style: Proven ability to work independently with limited guidance, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
