Tender Specialist

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Indochina, you will use market intelligence to support business decisions, build and maintain tender databases, and optimize technical product information to strengthen our tender submissions and competitiveness.

You will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support and enhance the overall Customer experience for STERIS customers.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What You Will Do</b></H2></div><div><ul><li>Develop & Segment Master hospital list (all Hospitals) in Vietnamese and English. Consolidate & update the existing installed bases accounts with detailed information.

Update existing map the gap data</li><li>Develop database of market research to always provide accurate market data of competitor information and market demand trend by tender & importation data analysis</li><li>Buildup & optimize technical data for STERIS products in local language</li><li>Collaborate with RA Department to complete all registration under Rep Office</li><li>Organize and lead customers’ (hospital) visits and represent the company at trade shows.</li><li>Create marketing documents and/or promotional materials adapted and developed for local needs (Newsletter, Documents, leaflets, etc….)</li><li>Develop standard template using for sales team: tender management, distributor performance scorecard, inventory report, sales out report.</li><li>Advise customers of the orders status & closely follow up with Customer Service team for an in-time delivery</li><li>Manage any infrequent customer and/or product complaints in a professional manner.
