Arthrex, a global leader in orthopaedics and medical education, is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst (APAC). This role partners with HR and IT to drive process improvements and manage the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions across the region.

Key requirements: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, RCM/RMK) Exposure to HRIS/ERP implementation or optimisation Knowledge of reporting tools (Story Reports / Power BI) preferred Experience with AI tools in Talent Acquisition is a plus Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills Profile: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience Solid understanding of core HR processes What you’ll do: Partner with HR to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Configure and support SuccessFactors applications Lead testing, system improvements, and user support Drive cross-functional projects and process enhancements Join a global team dedicated to Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.
