Position Summary
In this role, you will combine HR partnering and HR operations responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on both employee experience and business outcomes across the APAC region.
You will support managers and employees on a range of people matters while overseeing key HR processes across Singapore, Malaysia, India, Viet Nam and Thailand. From onboarding and employment changes to HR systems, documentation, and compliance activities, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
As a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, and business leaders, you will help deliver practical people solutions, drive operational excellence, and contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience across the region.
What You Will Do
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- ✓Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, probation reviews, leave administration, and offboarding for Singapore, Malaysia, India, Viet Nam and Thailand.
- ✓Process and maintain employee data accurately within SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- ✓Prepare and manage employment documentation, including contracts, amendments, promotion letters, and employee communications.
- ✓Serve as the primary HR operations contact for employees and managers across assigned countries.
- ✓Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment requirements.
- ✓Partner with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and data accuracy.
- ✓Conduct regular HR data audits and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- ✓Provide regional operational support and business continuity coverage for other APAC countries as required.
HRBP Support
- ✓Partner with managers and employees to provide first-line HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, and employee lifecycle matters.
- ✓Support HR Business Partners in implementing people initiatives, organizational changes, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities.
- ✓Assist with employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and change management activities.
- ✓Analyze and maintain HR metrics and reports to support business decisions and identify trends.
- ✓Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational needs and provide HR support.
- ✓Support Talent Acquisition activities, including interview coordination, candidate experience, and onboarding activities.
- ✓Escalate complex employee relations, legal, or performance matters to senior HR leadership as appropriate.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- ✓Support the implementation of standardized HR processes, tools, and best practices across APAC.
- ✓Maintain HR knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- ✓Contribute country-specific expertise to regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- ✓Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant Human Resources experience.
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, compensation actions, probation administration and offboarding in a multinational environment.
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience using HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday or similar Human Resources systems.
- ✓Experience supporting multiple countries and working with diverse employment practices, regulations and stakeholders across the APAC region preferred.
- ✓Experience preparing and maintaining employment documentation, employee records and HR transactions in a multinational environment.
- ✓Experience working with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, IT and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- ✓Experience supporting HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services and/or HR Generalist functions within a multinational organization
