The Opportunity The GAIN Business & Practice Economics is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the GAIN Business educational platform, focused on educating on the business of aesthetics and creating practice economic materials and tools. This role leads the design and execution of business-focused educational programming, practice economics resources, faculty engagement, customer partnerships, and digital learning solutions that support healthcare providers across all stages of practice development. They will serve as a key cross-functional partner to Professional Education, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Commercial Excellence, Aspire Customer Loyalty, and Sales leadership to deliver innovative business education solutions that drive customer value and support strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, sales experience in the aesthetic injectable industry, management expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to create scalable learning experiences and practical tools that address the evolving needs of aesthetic practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual GAIN Business strategic and operational plan. Lead the strategy, development, and execution of practice economics and business-focused educational initiatives Conduct annual needs assessments to identify customer business challenges, educational gaps, and growth opportunities.
Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for GAIN Business initiatives. Evaluate educational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement plans based on customer feedback, utilization data, and business outcomes. Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging practice management innovations to inform strategy.
Collaborate with consultants and business solution providers to bring relevant expertise and strategic partnership offerings to customers. Assess new opportunities and emerging technologies that support practice growth and operational effectiveness. Partner with Commercial Excellence, Marketing Teams, Corporate Accounts, and Sales leadership to lead the development of practice economics tools and resources that support practice growth and business performance Lead planning, implementation, and execution of GAIN Business programming, including LIVE programs, virtual programs and business acumen learning journey’s Manage the annual GAIN Business budget.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships, including contracting, performance management, and deliverable oversight. Lead development and expansion of GAIN Business online education offerings. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on business education and practice economics.
Manage the GAIN Business faculty network and business subject matter experts. Lead faculty onboarding, engagement, communication, and ongoing development. Collaborate with faculty members on content development and program delivery.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years’ experience in aesthetic sales, marketing and/or pharmaceutical/medical device marketing or sales. Strong network of aesthetic key opinion leaders Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and external partners. Experience managing budgets Solid knowledge of the aesthetic injectable landscape Receptivity to feedback – welcomes & acts on feedback and displays humility.
Navigates ambiguity – positively & proactively reacts to and manages ambiguous or unclear situations. Willingness to travel. Preferred Skills Practice management or healthcare business consulting experience preferred.
Strong understanding of practice economics and healthcare business operations. Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. Compensation The target base salary range for this role is $200,000-$245,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations.
Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
