JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE : Drive CRM therapy adoption throughout collaborating with upstream / downstream marketing, key opinion leaders, training and education team of Abbott Korea.
Manages and coordinates all activities related to clinical research projects which include exploring opportunity for launching investor-initiated study projects, coordination of internal process, contract, monitors and / or supervises progress to ensure those projects are on track as planned. Also responsible for providing training and educational programs to concerned parties to ensure keeping quality of data to support successful project completion as well as to ensure adherence to government regulations, company policies and other applicable procedures. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : All activities must be conducted in accordance with applicable SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
Drive Medical Affair project Planning and implementation of scientific activities Serve as professional of disease and therapy experts Establish process for understanding clinical market trend, competition environment and outlook Develop regional / country strategy and lead projects to achieve business goal Collaborate with stakeholders and commercial team to support academic activities Be a liaison between global and APAC region to roll out global strategy into country level Ensure the execution of medical activities including education Engagement of regional KOLs Identify and interact with regional KOLs to build partnership Explore opportunity of potentials about clinical trials Lead therapy penetration into Korea market Work as a ‘Champion’ by providing training and education internally / externally Key leader who undergoes required training to cascade down to internal and external business partners Provides basic and advance training for HCPs where necessary to improve quality of clinical procedure to improve patient care GENERAL : Technological proficiency on Cardiac Rhythm Management therapy, clinical research process and procedures, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), etc Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments. Excellent time management and organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical, clinical or biomedical field 5 years relevant experience in the CRM market In depth knowledge of local evidence needs and local law & regulations fluent in English General knowledge of ‘Good Clinical Practice’ and applicable regulations The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
